She is both a Traditional Chinese Acupuncturist and a Naturopath, most recently she founded The Health Forum NZ.

Episode 5
with Natalie
Natalie is a force, such an inspiration, business woman, business coach, entrepreneur, mum, author, speaker, social media personality and more.
Natalie, also known as "Nat the go to girl" (her social media and professional persona), is a positive and engaging woman. Over the past couple of years, Nat as many of us have, has had some confronting and challenging times, both personally and professionally.
We speak about what it is like to raise children with different views to your co-parent and partner. We discuss how it is to allow your children to make their own empowered choices, whether you agree with them or not, and to grieve in this process as a parent and mother.
Professionally Natalie has found her brave, in which she say's she has coached many to do as a professional, but these past few years have really prompted her to walk her talk as she puts it. Bravely Natalie has spoken her truth, and put her warrior hat, both literally and figuratively, for her kids, and others.
There are many more facets to her career and personal journey, feeling the pull to focus on wellness too, there is her oil business, and more. Listen to hear more about this fascinating woman, her journey, and how we can all support one another in these crazy times.

Episode 4
with Sarah, a mother and nurse
An interesting conversation with a mandated nurse, and mother, Sarah. We talk about what triggered her questions, and why she felt she could had no choice but to leave her job rather than be coerced. The bravery this took, and the stress it caused.
We discuss what it is like to be a single parent, and how this effects our children and the decision whether to give this product to them while co-parenting. A woman that felt the calling to help and serve others in the medical field, this journey has not been easy. Join Sarah and I as we discuss this adventure, with the struggles and incredible joys and discoveries.
Episode 3
with Dr Rene De Monchy
Today I had the pleasure to speak with such an intelligent and experienced Doctor, Dr René De Monchy who has had an extraordinary career as a GP working remotely within African tribes, as an obstetrician, surgeon and now working as a Psychiatrist here in New Zealand.
We talk about the effects the last 2.5 years have had on our children, and what little focus there is on the mental and emotional wellbeing of our future generation. Join us in our discussion into the effects this has all had, and how we can mitigate it as parents, guardians, teachers and loved ones. Dr René is an inspiration.
